Masjid Agung Jawa Tengah or the Central Java Grand Mosque is one of the biggest mosques ever built in Semarang. Built on 2001 and finished on 2006, this 10 hectares wide mosque was officially opened by the 6th President of Indonesia, Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono, on 14 November 2016.
