The goat satay of Pak Pong has earned some sort of a cult status for those that know about it, and for good reason: it is delicious and definitely worth the long journey to its location at Jl. Imogiri Timur KM 7, Wonokramo, Bantul. A portion of the servings contain only two pieces of satay, which can be disappointing if you are looking for a big meal, but the taste can certainly stand on its own. What makes the satay in here unique is that they are served not with peanut sauce/ketchup combination that is commonly used in satay dishes, but rather with curry stock. Hmm, delicious!
