Existing since 1920, Warung Sate Gebug has become one of Malang’s most famous culinary dining places to visit. This old-school restaurant mainly serves various dishes centered on beef, such as beef soups, rawon soups, and beef satay. Its most famous menu, however, is undoubtedly the dish that became the name of the store itself: Sate Gebug. Unlike any other satay in general, the preparation for this dish involve beef meat getting pounded over and over again before being grilled by ketchup sauce and various spices, creating a taste that is truly unique and mouth-watering.
